At Hella Tight, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our website for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, animal hair, smoke or any damage. We will notify you via email if refused.

 

Original form of payment refunds may take 2-3 business days for your bank to finalize once we issue a refund. You will be notified about any refunds, store credit codes, or exchanges via email that was used to place the order.

 

All mystery and sale items purchased (excluding promotional discount sales) are final and return requests for refunds or store credit will not be approved. Size exchanges are the ONLY exchange allowed.

 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Only items purchased at Hellatight.art can be returned.
